Bestage Bazar is NOT a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, nor does it own, store, inspect, or offer the items or services listed on the website or app.

3. Zero Liability for Fraud, Losses, or Disputes

Bestage Bazar, its management, directors, employees, and affiliates shall bear NO LIABILITY whatsoever for any financial loss, property damage, fraud, misrepresentation, delayed delivery, defective goods, or disputes arising from any transaction, advertisement, or interaction facilitated through the platform.

Users acknowledge that online platforms can be targeted by fraudulent actors. Therefore, Bestage Bazar is not responsible for screening, authenticating, or validating the true identity of any advertiser or the legal status of any listed product or property.

4. User Responsibility and Due Diligence

Before making any payment, transferring funds, or entering into any financial agreement with an advertiser or store owner on Bestage Bazar, users are strongly advised to:

• Conduct thorough independent research and verification of the seller or product.
• Inspect items physically in person wherever possible before finalizing deals.
• Refrain from making advance payments, token money, or online transfers to unverified individuals or entities.
• Exercise extreme caution regarding real estate, high-value goods, or employment offers posted on classified sections.

5. Content and Advertiser Obligations

Users who post advertisements, create verified stores, or list products on Bestage Bazar warrant that:

• All information, images, pricing, and descriptions provided are accurate, legal, and non-fraudulent.
• The content does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
• No prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or harmful goods or services are advertised.

Bestage Bazar reserves the right to remove, suspend, or block any listing, ad, or user account at its sole discretion without prior notice if a violation is suspected or reported.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bestage Bazar, Bestage Centre Jauharabad, and its management from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or any transaction conducted with third parties through our website or app.
