Scheme Highlights
Total Value: 1.5 Million PKR (300,000 PKR per Marla).

Standard Installment Plan: 25,000 PKR per month for 60 months (5 years).

The “Free” Mechanism: Instead of paying all 60 installments, you only pay the first one. Every person you refer who joins the scheme under your plot reference number earns you a waiver for one month’s installment.

Duration: You have 60 months (5 years) to accumulate enough referrals to cover your entire balance.

Referral Process: Invite your friends, family, or colleagues to purchase a plot through the same scheme using your specific plot reference number.

Benefit: For every customer you refer who joins the scheme, you receive a receipt for a “free month” of your own installments.
