• Zero Liability (نقصان کا کوئی ذمہ دار نہیں): Bestage is not responsible or liable for any financial losses, scams, damages, or disputes arising from any deal or transaction.
• User Discretion (سوچ سمجھ کر ڈیل کریں): Every user is strongly advised to conduct thorough research, exercise caution, and verify all details personally before making any payments or agreements. You are solely responsible for your own deals and transactions.

• Enable you to create an account and list classified ads.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your contact information (like phone number) will only be visible to other users of the app when you choose to publish an advertisement, as this is necessary to connect buyers and sellers.

6. Account and Data Deletion (اکاؤنٹ اور ڈیٹا کا خاتمہ)

If you wish to delete your Bestage Bazar account and all associated personal data (including your name, email, phone number, and posted ads), you can request deletion by following these simple steps:

• Send an email request to us directly at bazar@bestage.pk using your registered email address or mentioning your registered phone number.
• Once your request is received and verified, your account, along with all associated historical data and active ads, will be permanently deleted from our databases within 7 business days. No personal data will be retained after this period.
